Brillance Sp. z o.o. is a Polish, fully independent, privately owned boutique CRO (Contract Research Organization). We provide comprehensive support in the planning, management, and monitoring of clinical development projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as medical device manufacturers. Our independence enables flexibility and a tailored approach to each project, while maintaining high ethical and scientific standards and full compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
The company’s core activity is research and development in medical sciences and pharmacy, with a particular focus on the management and monitoring of Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas (including Phase I studies in oncohematology). We deliver both local studies and complex international projects involving medicinal products and medical devices. We also support research sites (hospitals, clinics and outpatient centres) in preparing for participation in clinical trials, conduct feasibility assessments, provide training and offer staff outsourcing.
Brillance commenced operations in 2004 and supports studies accross Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
