Personal Data Processing Consent Form for purpose of contact with Brillance Sp. z o.o.

2. If you would like to get information about your personal data, please contact with a Data Protection Officer established by the Controller. The Data Protection Officer contact: privacy@brillance.pl

3. 3. Your personal data will be processed in order to enable contact via e-mail, based on the special system used on the official website of Brillance Sp. z o.o. (www.brillance.pl - CONTACT section).

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent upon art. 6 § 1 (a) REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
